Abstract
The exchange of one Cs+ cation of Cs3P7 for NEtMe(3)(+) in liquid ammo nia gives the title compound, (NEtMe(3))Cs2P7.2NH(3). The crystal stru cture determination shows the existence of corrugated two-dimensionall y infinite Cs2P7- layers.
