Abstract
H-1 spectral details and CP kinetics are discussed. We recommend perde uterated polycrystalline glycine as a standard for setting H-2 --> H-1 cross-polarization (CP), for H-1 chemical shift referencing and for c hecking the setting of the magic angle and the shims.
