Abstract
Beta decay end point energies of the T-z = 1 odd-odd nuclei, Y-80, Nb- 84, Tc-88 were measured by using beta gamma-coincidences. The Q(EC)-va lues were deduced to be 6.2 +/- 0.6, 7.2 +/- 0.3 and 7.8 +/- 0.6 MeV f or Y-80, Nb-84 and Tc-88, respectively. These values are more than 2Me V lower than those predicted by most of the mass formulae. It is sugge sted that these anomalies may be partly attributed to residual p-n int eractions of odd-odd nuclei.
