The author discusses the addiction problems of several categories of i mmigrants, ''travelers,'' and refugees and presents categories and cas e histories of various typical presentations along with recommendation s for individual and organized community approaches to treatment of th e classes of alcoholism, addiction, substance abuse, and comorbidity.
