Coronary sinus thrombosis was found at autopsy of a boy who had underg
one intracardiac repair of tetrology of Fallot. During the operation p
ersistent left superior vena cava was cannulated through the right atr
ium via the coronary sinus. There was also evidence of myocardial infa
rction in the region of the interventricular septum.
