Abstract
We report on an acquired right atrial false aneurysm, which was remove d under extracorporeal circulation. The patient remembered three occas ions of blunt chest trauma with rib fractures. Clinical syptoms were o ngoing dyspnea, chest pain, and atrial fibrillation.
