Abstract
Geologico-geophysical, petrochemical, and other data show, that alkali ne and calc-alkaline specific features of magmatic rocks of Jan-Mayen fracture zones can possibly be caused by its higher permeability, a de eper penetration of the sea water, resulting in palyngenesis of metamo rphic and hydrotated substrats.
