We report a case of idiopathic spontaneous cerebrospinal fluid rhinorr
hoea associated with marked intraventricular pneumocephalus. The patie
nt, a 60-year-old male, presented with confusion and urinary incontine
nce. CT cisternography failed to provide preoperative localization of
the site of leakage.
