Abstract
A ten-year retrospective study was conducted in 4 women in labor and 2 3 surgical patients with congenital clotting factor deficiency. Approp riate use of replacement therapy and good cooperation between biologis ts, anesthesiologists, and surgeons are essential to ensure a favorabl e outcome.
