Abstract
We compared the results of stent implantation for pulmonary artery ste noses in patients weighing <20 kg (group 1, 17 patients, 21 stents) ve rsus those weighing greater than or equal to 20 kg (group 2, 11 patien ts, 13 stents). There was no significant difference in the mean percen t increase in diameter or mean percent gradient reduction acutely and at short-term follow-up between group 1 and 2 patients.
