Abstract
Scleroderma-polymyositis overlap syndrome is strongly associated with certain autoantibodies, such as anti-PM-Scl antibody and anti-Ku antib ody, We describe a case of scleroderma-polymyositis overlap syndrome a ssociated with anti-Ku antibody, which revealed rimmed vacuole formati on in addition to intranuclear and intracytoplasmic filamentous inclus ions in muscle biopsy specimens.
