This work is based on a premanufacturing evaluation of a capitance swi
tch array (CSA). The main idea of this study is the replacement in a d
igitally temperature-compensated crystal oscillator (DTCXO) of the usu
al compensation system composed of a digital analog converter coupled
with a varactor, in order to decrease the total power consumption and
the supply voltage.
