Abstract
The clinical presentation and radiologic features of neoplastic lesion s of the pediatric kidney are presented. Emphasis is placed on Wilms' tumor because it is overwhelmingly the most common pediatric renal neo plasm. Other malignant and benign neoplasms are discussed. Nonneoplast ic differential diagnoses are briefly considered.
