Seven training experiments involving professionals with different role
s in the company highlighted the main bases and targets of this type o
f training for various people (for example, engineers, designers, secu
rity staff, managers, etc.). The training is directed towards diagnosi
s of the work activity which, ideally, leads to the transformation of
work situations. The main bases of this training, for which studies ''
in the field'' are always undertaken, are explained. The educational c
ontent and means used highlight, in particular, how the instructors ma
nage to take into account the socio-professional diversity of a group
along with the underlying professional rationalities and how they coun
t on these differences in order to reach their target. Copyright (C) 1
