Abstract
Morgagni hernia is a congenital diaphragmatic hernia that occurs secon dary to potential anterior medial defects in the diaphragm. Although t he hernia usually is diagnosed incidentally, appearing as a mass on ch est radiograph, symptoms of bowel obstruction may occur. Surgical repa ir is required. in all cases and may be performed with either the abdo minal or transthoracic approach.
