Abstract
The use of Stabilyte(R) plasma in the Coaliza(R) t-PA, Coaliza(R) PAI- 1 and Enzygnost(R) PAP micro was evaluated. For PAI-1 antigen no, for t-PA antigen only small differences were observed between measurements in citrate and Stabilyte(R) plasma. For PAP-complexes significant low er (72%) results were obtained when Stabilyte(R) plasma was applied, T his is the result of a lower pH during the first step of the test in c omparison with citrated plasma.
