Abstract
Calciphylaxis is a rare condition found in patients with end-stage ren al disease and secondary hyperparathyroidism. We describe two cases of prominent cutaneous manifestations of calciphylaxis in which skin les ions were refractory to topical treatments, We also include a brief de scription of calciphylaxis.
