Abstract
Tuberculosis still exists in Saudi Arabia at a significant rate, urgin g the National Tuberculosis Control Program to establish ''local'' rec ommendations for its treatment. Five categories of pulmonary tuberculo sis cases are described and a suitable drug regimen is selected for ea ch category. Guidelines are also given for dealing with drug toxicity and for management of non-compliance and drug resistance.
