Abstract
Twenty-three patients with unilateral arm or lower limb lymphedema wer e treated according to Foldi's method in our outpatient unit. Mean swe lling reduction after descongestive phase was 37%, for all patients. A rm swelling had greater decrease than lower limb edemas, 44 and 33%, r espectively. Long term follow-up is needed in order to evaluate result s, but preliminary results permit us to provide adequate outpatient ly mphedema treatment.
