Abstract
Giant cell tumors (GCT) are locally aggressive lesions that rarely inv olve the sphenoid bone. Skull base approaches may be utilized to facil itate complete excision of the lesion. We present two cases of GCT of the sphenoid with emphasis on their variable biological behavior, radi ological features and management.
