HOLOMORPHIC EQUIVALENCE BETWEEN BASINS OF ATTRACTION IN C-2

We consider here the holomorphic equivalence problem for basins of att raction which are associated to certain non-degenerate polynomial maps in C-2. We characterize the equivalence of two such domains by an alg ebraic condition on the polynomial maps. As an application we exhibit a one-parameter family of bounded pseudoconvex and complete circular d omains in C-2 which do admit non-injective proper holomorphic self-map s.
