U. Biggeri et al., INVESTIGATION OF THERMOLUMINESCENT PROPERTIES OF SYNTHETIC (CVD) DIAMOND, Nuovo cimento della Società Italiana di Fisica. A. Nuclei, particles and fields, 109(9), 1996, pp. 1277-1288
Thermoluminescent properties of three samples of synthetic diamond obt
ained by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) were investigated. The thermo
luminescent response of the three samples was observed increasing line
arly with radiation exposure over a wide range of doses (from 60 mGy u
p to 3 Gy). The measurement of their activation energies and frequency
factors are reported. First-order kinetics was observed in the three
cases.
