Abstract
Injury to the extra-hepatic biliary system in blunt abdominal trauma i s rare and difficult to diagnose. In adults, all reported cases were t reated surgically. We report a case of a traumatic tear of the left he patic duct that was treated successfully by endoscopic retrograde chol angiopancreatography and stenting.
