power stations are being run with Mox fuel. 18 pressurised water reac
tors (PWR) running with a 30% Mox fuel core are already in use, and re
actors are actually being developed which can be loaded 100% with Mox
fuel. In view of future energy needs, the Reprocessing, Conditioning a
nd Recycling-Strategy offers a useful industrial solution for the long
term use of nuclear energy.
