Abstract
The directional distribution of neutrons was measured by six personal dosemeters attached to a 30 cm diameter polyethylene sphere. The measu rements were performed with recently developed CR-39 etched track dose meters (3 area spectrometers) in well known reference neutron fields w ith different contributions of thermal, intermediate and fast neutrons and source neutrons from different directions. Parameters characteris ing the directional and spectral distribution of neutrons were determi ned and compared with reference values.
