The variation of parameter A in the power-law conductivity dependence
on the frequency, sigma'(omega) = A omega(s), for chalcogenide glasses
(Ag2S)(x)(GeS2)(1-x), where 0 < x less than or equal to 0.5, has been
determined experimentally. It is found that the exponent s is tempera
ture and frequency dependent. Probable mechanisms of charge transport
responsible for the experimentally observed temperature dependent cond
uctivity via the temperature dependent parameter A are described and a
nalyzed.
