A case of Weismann-Netter and Stuhl disease in a 92-year-old patient i
s reported. Clinical manifestations met the description of the disease
published in 1954: short stature, thickening and anterolateral curvat
ure of the tibia and fibula with cortical thickening along the concave
aspect of these bones, lateral curvature of the femurs, and horizonta
l orientation of the sacrum resulting in L5 being lodged between the t
wo sacral wings.
