Abstract
The cellular mechanism of bioactivation underlying guanylate cyclase a ctivation by the pair of phenylfuroxancarbonitrile isomers 2a, b was i nvestigated. In cultured rat lung fibroblast (RFL-6 cells) it was prin cipally dependent on intracellular thiols. Copyright (C) 1996 Elsevier Science Ltd
