Abstract
Guidelines developed by the SEMSPLC Project, a DTT/EPSRC sponsored pro ject, are being published by the IEE. The SEMSPLC Guidelines provide i ndustry with a software engineering method which is suitable for use i n the development of safety-related PLC application software and is a PLC specific implementation of IEC 1508.
