Abstract
Benign cystic teratomas of the lung are extremely rare. Up to the pres ent time, around 30 cases have been reported in the literature. We rep ort an additional case, a 28-year-old woman, admitted with the complai nt of expectoration of hair. Histopathological, clinical, and CT featu res are presented.
