Abstract
In a recent paper, C. T. Lee [Phys. Rev. A 52, 3374 (1995)] showed tha t if (p) over cap=Sigma(n,m)p(n,m)\n][m\ is the density operator descr ibing an arbitrary state, with p(0,0) = [0\(p) over cap\10] = 0, the s tate is as nonclassical as possible. Here we exhibit an example in app arent contradiction with the above theorem.
