Abstract
We report a case of a 22-yr-old man with AIDS who presented with abdom inal pain, vomiting, and anorexia. Diagnosis of gastric toxoplasmosis was made on biopsy and immunohistochemistry, The patient's symptoms re solved after treatment of toxoplasmosis. We present a case of an unusu al manifestation of a common infection in patients with AIDS.
