Abstract
Gastrointestinal localizations of sarcoidosis are rare. A total of 14 cases of pancreatic involvement in sarcoidosis has been reported previ ously. We report here a case of late onset idiopathic chronic pancreat itis diagnosed at the same time as sarcoidosis with liver, colonic, re nal, mediastinal and neurologic involvement in a 56-year-old man. This case further suggests a possible relationship between idiopathic chro nic pancreatitis and multisystem diseases.
