Mq. Li et al., PREPARATION OF DEXTRAN IMMUNOLOGICAL MAGNETIC NANOPARTICLES AND THEIRAPPLICATION TO COMBINED TARGETING CARRIER, Science in China. Series B, Chemistry, life sciences & earth sciences, 39(6), 1996, pp. 577-584
Superparamagnetic dextran nanoparticles were prepared by coprecipitati
on. Effects of concentration of dextran, amount of ironic salts, stirr
ing speed, concentration of ammonium hydroxide and mole ratio of Fe3+/
Fe2+ on the effective diameter of dextran magnetic nanoparticles (DMNP
) were studied. Dextran immunological magnetic nanoparticles (DIMNP) w
ere formed by the reaction of the monoclonal anti-human mammary cancer
antibody with DMNP oxidized by sodium periodate, and the properties o
f magnetic susceptibility, shape and retention of antibody activity we
re investigated. The in vitro cancer antigen binding ability of DIMNP
was demonstrated by radioimmunoassay, and the in vivo magnetic localiz
ation and antibody targeting ability of radiolabeled DIMNP were studie
d.
