Abstract
Features of synthesis of unsaturated norbornene polyesters using norbo rnene-2,3-dicarboxylic anhydride as the modifier are studied. The effe ct of the ratios of maleic anhydride to norbornene-2,3-dicarboxylic an hydride and of diethylene glycol to propylene glycol on the impact res ilience of unsaturated norbornene polyester resins is examined. An NNP ES-G formulation of unsaturated norbornene polyester resin is develope d, exhibiting good physicomechanical characteristics.
