Abstract
Reaction of methoxytritylthimidinvl-3'-thiocarbonylimidazolide with 5' -amino-5'-deoxythymidine resulted in the formation of a dinucleoside w ith nuclease resistant 3'-(0)-5'-(N)-thiocarbamate linkage.
