Abstract
The permeation transportation and swelling behavior of solvents into c oal are investigated by NMR imaging using pyridine-d(5) and acetone-d( 6). Images of coal swollen with deuterated solvents illuminate proton distributions of mobile phases within the coal macromolecular networks . More information about the chemical and physical structure of coal c an be obtained using NMR imaging techniques.
