Abstract
Methyl anthranilate (MA) contents of 159 samples of Florida honey from 10 crop years are summarized (mean, 2.79; range, 0-5.04 ppm). A highl y significant relationship between MA and citrus pollen content is sho wn for 85 samples from 2 crop years. Sixty-three samples of ''monoflor al'' Florida citrus honeys from two crops averaged 64% citrus pollen a nd 3.1 ppm of MA.
