Abstract
This Letter presents an automatic and efficient algorithm to locate th e MoM basis in the hybrid GMT-MoM method [1]. This allows the applicat ion of the hybrid approach to be extended to arbitrary shaped scattere rs, regardless of the complexity either in the excitation or in the ge ometry of the scatterer The proposed algorithm is illustrated for a tw o-dimensional problem.
