REGULARITY THEOREMS AND HEAT KERNEL FOR ELLIPTIC-OPERATORS

We give a nem proof of Aronson's upper gaussian bound on the heat kern el for parabolic equations with time-independent real measurable coeff icients. This approach also gives gaussian bounds in the case of a com plex perturbation of real coefficients and in the case of uniformly co ntinuous and complex-valued coefficients.
