We report the case of a 24-year-old man who received high-dose cycloph osphamide (CY) 120mg/kg over 2 days and twice daily fractionated total body irradiation (TBI) over 3 days(1,320 cGy) prior to allogeneic bon e marrowtransplantation. Seven and one-half years later he fathered a normal child who has developed normally so far. (C) 1997 Wiley-Liss, I nc.
