Abstract
The oscillatory exchange coupling between two ferromagnetic layers thr ough a nonmagnetic f.c.c. spacer obtained previously in the model of i ndirect interaction between localized spins via conduction electrons i s employed to investigate spin wave profiles in a ferromagnetic bilaye r. To obtain spin wave characteristics the transfer matrix approach is applied. The accuracy of determining the spacer thickness and its ori entation necessary to analyse FMR spectra is discussed profoundly.
