Abstract
The self-consistent poloidal flow shear induced by turbulence driven b y impurity radiation has been studied analytically A set of reduced eq uations is obtained. ih our system, three equilibrium states exist, Th e first is the aero fleer shear state, which is relevant to the behavi or such as L mode the second is the positive flow shear state, which i s relevant to the behavior such as dithering H mode; and the third is the sedative flow shear state, which is relevant to the behavior such as edge-localised modes.
