Abstract
Distributions of n-butane pyrolysis products and activities of catalys ts have been analyzed. The catalysts based on magnesium oxide was prep ared via modification with magnesium acetate. n-Butane decomposition i s shown to be accelerated due to active surface centers of at least tw o types.
