Abstract
Total abdominal hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy has l ong been the standart surgical treatment for endometrial cancer, Radic al hysterectomy is not useful in stage I, In women with extreme obesit y and medical risk factors, vaginal hysterectomy is recommended. Lapar oscopy-assisted vaginal hysterectomy complete the oncologic treatment if lymphadenectomy is necessary.
