Abstract
The purpose of this study was to illustrate the MR findings of cortico basal degeneration and to compare those findings with pathologic speci mens. MR findings of atrophy in the perirolandic gyri, atrophy of the basal ganglia, and T2 prolongation in the posterolateral putamen are u seful evidence supporting the clinical diagnosis of corticobasal degen eration.
