al nerve, In this report, the pedunculated extension oi a large anapla
stic thyroid carcinoma penetrated through the posterior hypopharyngeal
wall causing a partial hall-valve type obstruction of the laryngeal i
nlet on inspiration, This unusual pattern ui invasion has not been rep
orted previously.
