Kd. Belashchenko et Dv. Livanov, THE NONLINEAR THERMOELECTRIC EFFECT IN DISORDERED METALLIC SYSTEMS, Journal of low temperature physics, 105(1-2), 1996, pp. 211-219
The nonlinear thermoelectric effect in a disordered metal due to the n
onlocal corrections to the thermoelectric current is investigated. We
have found that the electron-electron interaction makes the thermoelec
tric response nonlinear at low temperatures even if the applied electr
ic field of temperature gradient is constant, Both the heat current in
duced by the electric field and the electric current induced by the te
mperature gradient are discussed.
