Abstract
MOCVD offers many potential attractions for high temperature supercond uctor (HPS) film formation and device fabrication. In June 1996 the Th ird International Workshop on MOCVD of High Temperature Superconductor s and Related topics was held in Strasbourg, France, within the E-MRS Spring Meeting. The sessions of the Workshop are briefly High Temperat ure Superconductors described, including very short reports of the lec tures, and a fist of the titles and Related Topics of posters is given . The conclusions and recommendations of the panel discussion are summ arized.
