For 2223 and 2212 mixed phases of Bi-ceramics the creep rate, the pecu
liarities of the intrinsic friction and those of the planar contact re
sistance are studied. The peaks of the temperature dependences of the
creep rate and the planar contact resistance are displaced under magne
tic field. That is an indication of the influence of the variations in
the free charge carriers system on the dislocation dynamics in superc
onducting state. These results confirm the supposition as to the dislo
cation mechanism, of the softening effect in superconducting state sli
d do not contradict to the BCS theory of the charge carriers pairing.
